QuestionDoes this TV support HDR/4K? I looked through the specs and maybe I missed it. It was advertised on the box as supporting 4K but my xbox onex will not recognize it as a 4K TV.

- Answer The LG 34" Class 21:9 UltraWide® Full HD IPS Gaming Monitor (34” Diagonal), Model # 34UM69G-B will work with most GPUs. If the GPUs do not support AMD FreeSync technology, you will lose that functionality, and will not be able to use the active sync feature which maintains variable refresh rate, but the GPU will still work with the monitor. ^CP

QuestionThe picture is supposed to be clear but mine has rough edges all around the monitor. I do not know if this is a defect or if its meant to be that way. Also, why does it not support charging via USB c input?

QuestionI use my screen as an add on to my laptop. the screen gets jumbled up and only 1/2 screen works. I then power down and power it back up. it is then fine for 5 min or sometimes less. any idea why this happens?

- Answer This monitor will work with ps4 but is not ideal for the ps5. For the ps5 you will want a monitor that can offer a 4K (3840 x 2160) resolution on an IPS panel with an HDMI input with a minimum of version 2.0. This monitor has HDMI version 1.4. ^Daphane

QuestionI just opened the monitor. Is it supposed to have a screen protector film that is removed after purchase? Mine has protective tape around the edges, but no film on the actual screen to be removed and there is a fine scratch and smudge mark on the screen.

- Answer Mini display port to display port, depends on what Macbook you have though. This monitor has both a display port and a HDMI port so and conversion to one of those two.
