“I have limited height for a tv so i am considering a gaming monitor instead. It seams to be about 6" shorter than a tv of the same screen size. Will watching tv on with a gaming monitor mess up the image ratio? ie crop the picture not stretch it?”

The ratio can be adjusted in the settings. It should not cause an issue with watching TV on the monitor. If you have questions regarding the monitor, you can give our computer specialists a call at 800-243-0000. ^CP
