yes and no. Surface Products use a mini-dp and this monitor has only HDMI's. Yes you can run a mini dp to hdmi cord, but your highest resolution will only be at 1920x1080....which will make everything look stretched. I just found this out for myself and LG Tech Support confirmed this as well. You need a Monitor that has a Display Port to really use the higher resolutions. I am taking this monitor back to BB in a few days and I will be ordering the next one up the list. Which by the way is about $300 more, just for a dumb Display Port option.
