To reset your subwoofer and speakers, unplug the soundbar from the power source and leave it unplugged for 24 hours. After this period, plug it back in and turn it on. For the subwoofer, press and hold the 'Pairing' button until the LED indicator blinks to reset the connection. This process should help resolve any issues you're experiencing.     • Answer Make sure you have it hooked up right, and make sure you have good connections at the speakers as well as the receiver. I had this issue with mine at first but i didn't have good connections.
