“Does this machine have a heater to heat the water? Does the machine have a heater to heat the water to a certain temperature? or does it use the hot water supply to it and assumes that that water is hot enough? I am wondering if I should have my hot water tank temperature hotter. The same for cold water, in the winter time, cold water in Colorado is probably too cold; does the machine heat it a little bit to a more adequate cold water for the machine?”

The washer doesn't have a built in heater and we haven't adjusted our water heater temperature and our clothes are coming out fine.
