QuestionJust got mine and the first load? Totally soaking wet!!!!!! What am I doing wrong? Brand new unit and clothes are sopping wet after drying for an hour.

- Answer I use the timed dry setting for about 1.5hrs and it drys my clothes. Also, the dryer should not be overloaded so there is room for circulation.

QuestionI understand that this is a closed loop ventless washer/dryer combo. That being said, can this be vented if I choose? I have a vent in my apartment for a full size dryer, I want to know if I can use that that vent.

- Answer no. it's a ventless dryer. you can use the unit but you don't need a vent

QuestionI have connections for a washer and a separate electric dryer in my laundry. What do I need to add to my laundry to have two of these installed?

- Answer You would need to create another hot and cold supply for the second machine. Not sure if I would Y off the supplies as it would reduce the pressure to both. You also need a standard outlet that can accept two items at the same time to be plugged in. Then you need to install a Y connector allowing both to fit in the drain at the same time unless you’re draining into a washtub. You need to check the breaker and see if you have enough amps to run two of these plus whatever else is on that circuit. And with them being ventless you don’t need to hook up to a vent.

QuestionReference the Door...My wife is in a wheelchair and the laundry room is rather narrow. 1) Can the hinge on the door be changed to a right side hinge? 2) Does the current left side hinge open 180 degrees?

QuestionCan the dryer be used with the water off? if so, what settings should be chosen? I don't see the reason for water to be used when drying things. Water bill has gone up quite a bit.

QuestionDoes anyone have sound or video of how the rinse or spin cycle should sound? Mine makes an awful knocking sound & vibrating terribly. I've tried everything I could think of & all the recommended solutions. Tech says nothing wrong. LG not honor warranty

- Answer I don't have a video but I can tell you mine does the same thing. Not at first but now it does. Very odd. Sorry to hear they won't help you. - Answer It will not work well on those settings at all. I set a wash AND dry cycle at the same time, it needs to spin in order to remove as much extra water from the clothes as possible, just like a regular washing machine.

QuestionThere is water left in the washer after a cycle. Troubleshooting says check if drain hose is kinked or make sure your drain hose isn’t emptying more than 2.4 m above bottom of washer. I think the latter might be true for us. Can we get a pedestal to put
