- Answer Each cycle on the ENERGY STAR® Qualified LG 4.5 Cu. Ft. 8-Cycle High-Efficiency Front-Loading Washer with 6Motion™ Technology - White, Model # WM3400CW has default settings that are selected automatically. The cycles can be customized using the cycle modifier buttons. When you select the Speed Wash cycle, the default water temperature setting is Hot Water with a High spin speed and a Light soil level. The Temp button on the control panel selects the wash temperature and the Spin button selects the spin speed. To protect your clothing, not all spin speeds are available for all cycles. Information for the wash cycles and cycle modifier buttons and option buttons can be found on pages 23 - 27 in the owner's manual for the unit. You can visit our site at https://www.lg.com/us/support/product/lg-WM3400CW.ABWEVUS to download a PDF copy of the owner's manual to review it and you have an option to print the manual out...^IFV

QuestionAny idea why my clothes are warm after the rinse cycle? I assumed the rinse cycle was a cold water rinse.

- Answer When we first got it I used the heavy duty cycle a few times and the clothes were warm and steamy at the end of the final rinse. It is only supposed to be a cold rinse. Ours doesn't have a steam setting or extra sanitizing cycle so I was confused. I contacted LG support and they kept insisting I had the hoses hooked up backwards. I did NOT! I got tired of trying to get answers so now we rarely use the heavy duty cycle. It remains a mystery to me but, I guess everything is working okay aside from that.

- Answer I had the same thing. I modified the old brackets from the back and used double sided tape under the front. So, yes it can be done but you need skills. Try watching YouTube videos if you are handy.
