- Answer Normally they are around 8 feet long. The only guidance provided regarding the drain hose is to not install the end lower than 29.5" or higher than 96" above the bottom of the washer or more than 60" away from the washer. QuestionI'm wondering if this item would be stackable with dryer model DLEX5000v? We currently have the matching washer (WM5000HVA) and you can't stack it because the detergent is on top. Wondering if I switched it out with this one if it would work.

QuestionI just got this washer and have done 6 loads of Normal cycle loads. Normal cycle time ran anywhere from 1 hour to 1 hour 40 minutes. This seems excessively long for a cycle. Is this normal? Is there a feature to shorten the cycle time?

- Answer I understand that. We found the same thing, so we tried the 15 min. wash on clothes that were not stained and that setting works well for us.

QuestionWhat is the total overall height, from floor to top of machine for a WH3700HWA Washer stacked on-top of the WDP4W Pedestal? An actual measurement would be appreciated, as the specs vary for pedestal height and washer/dryer height, depending on site.

- Answer The total height of the unit per the Owner's Manual is 39" from the floor to the top of the washer. When stacked the only measurement offered is for a wash and dryer and yields a height of 77.5". The WDP4W pedestal height is 14.125". ^Daphane
