A:AnswerThe way the newer machine attaches to the pedestal is completely different than the old one. I don't think it would be safe to use the older one as the machine might bounce off. Theres no way to convert the old one to.attach properly to the new washer.

A:AnswerNo they won’t. They will deliver this and you will install it yourself. They deliver and then you have to call and schedule an install which can be over a week. The driver was helpful. He gave me some instructions.
A:AnswerThey won’t install it for you. Do you have to get it delivered and then schedule an install. They just dropped off all of my appliances in the living room. Good luck communicating with customer service.
