A:Answer You can return an appliance to Best Buy within 15 days of purchase or delivery. There is no extended return period for My Best Buy Elite and Elite Plus members. You can even return an appliance that has been installed. But, keep in mind, the item should be in good condition and Best Buy will deduct the cost of any missing accessories from your refund. Appliances do not need to be factory sealed or in their original packaging. A 15% restocking fee may apply. To return an appliance to Best Buy in-store, you’ll need to bring the receipt or packing slip, the credit card you used to make the purchase, and a valid photo ID.
