Can the color be fine-tuned? null

Had standard tuning done to my 43" in the living room but a higher level tuning is available - takes about an hour to an hour and a half. They bring in specialized tuning equipment and adjust the TV for lighting in the viewing area. Had it done for my 32" inch in the kitchen last year and it still has an extremely crisp picture even with the overhead lights on.
