QuestionWhat is the dimension of the mounting screw holes on the back of the unit for connection to a wall mount bracket?

- Answer Hi MrAtticus. The metric measurement for the width of the Phillips pan head machine screws that will fit into the VESA Mount bolt holes in the back of the LG LG 43 Inch Class 4K HDR Smart LED TV (42.5'' Diag), Model # 43UM6910PUA is 6mm (i.e. M6). The length of the screws is determined by the depth of the wall mount that you intend to use to mount the TV. If you have a current wall mount that supports the TV's Wall Mount Interface Pattern (i.e. 200 x 200 mm) and are looking to repolace lost screws, you will need to measure the depth of the wall mount or check the installation guide that your wall mount came with or contact the manufacturer to ask what length of screw is appropriate for the wall mount. Wall Mounts typically come with two to three sets of screws of varying length with spacers to use if the screws are too long...^IFV

QuestionDoes this LG TV speak aloud when changing the volume and or the channel or even the HDMI input? I have a series of this TV that does that and it is incredibly frustrating, also it can't be turned off. I don't know if anyone else has experienced this also.

- Answer The only audio out connection is the digital optical output. It needs to go to some kind of amplifier first. No direct connections for speakers.

- Answer Hi David. The LG 43 Inch Class 4K HDR Smart LED TV (42.5'' Diag), Model # 43UM6910PUA is not a Roku TV that runs on the Roku OS. IT runs on LG's webOS TV Platform and it comes with preloaded apps and you can add additional compatible apps from the LG Content Store (store) by launching the feature from the TV's home screen. You can plug a Roku streaming device into any of the three HDMI ports on the TV to stream from apps that are builtin on that device. The AT7T app is not a compatible app that is available on the TV or one that can be downloaded and installed on the TV. The TV does not have an HBO Now app either, but it does have Hulu as a preloaded app and you can add HBO to your Hulu base plan and stream HBO shows, hit movies, comedy specials and more. Once you add HBO to your Hulu subscription plan, you can stream HBO using the Hulu or HBO NOW app...^IFV

- Answer Your television comes with a 1yr. warranty if there is something wrong with the television itself. Sometimes the wi-fi wi act up and you have to make sure you have nothing in the way of the signal. Have your service provider check out that your modem and router are up to date.. Modems are usually good for 4 to 5 yrs. and routers about 3 yrs from my experience. I work on computers so I am only giving you this info from my experiences.

QuestionIs this tv the same as the 7 series in that you have to accept LG's Terms of Use and Agreement in order to have full functionality of this TV? Many people don't care to have their info broadcast to 3d party providers just for watching tv
