There is a stand, but there isn't a wall mount in the box. It has VESA mounting holes, but no actual mount.

The 'What's included' lists Batteries, LG 43" Class - LED - UM7300PUA Series - 2160p - Smart - 4K UHD TV with HDR, Remote control, and Stand for the LG 43 inch Class 4K Smart UHD TV w/AI ThinQ® (42.5'' Diag), Model # 43UM7300PUA. We do not include wall mounts with our TVs except for the OLED Models that require a special mount. Wall mount are optional and have to be purchased separately. Unfortunately, there isn't a picture attached to your message to see what you are referring to, but there isn't a wall mount that is included with the TV. What is referred to as the stand in the 'What's included' listing are the stand legs that you see in the images of the TV which come as included accessories with the TV and are not attached. They have to be attached to the TV after unboxing it using the supplied screws...^IFV
