Q: QuestionThe water level dies not cover the clothes - very small load can be washed- the hot water is not available on the short wash cycle -- if the cycle is stopped can the tub fill enough to cover? It took 4 hours to wash a comforter spin cycle defective?
Asked by Anonymous.
- A:Answer The ENERGY STAR® Qualified LG 5.0 Cu. Ft. 8-Cycle Top-Loading Washer with 6Motion™ Technology - White, Model # WT7300CW is designed for use with only HE (High-Efficiency) detergents. HE detergents produce fewer suds, dissolve more efficiently to improve washing and rinsing performance, and help to keep the interior of the washer clean. High Efficiency (HE) laundry detergent is specially formulated for HE washing machines, which use less water than regular washers. You should never use regular detergent in an HE machine due to differences in how they suspend soils and dyes in water and the amount of suds generated. and because they are specifically designed to be compatible with low-water conditions. After selecting your wash cycle, once the Start/Pause button is pressed, the washer automatically adjusts the water level for the type and size of wash load for best results and maximum efficiency. Due to the high-efficiency nature of this product, water levels may be much lower than expected. This is normal and cleaning/rinsing performance will not be compromised. Wash cycles are designed for the best wash performance for each type of load and you should select the cycle that best matches the load contents for maximum wash performance and fabric care. The washer has a Water Plus that you can use to add extra water to the wash cycle, however, if the washer reaches its maximum water level, the Water Plus button will have no effect. Selecting the Water Plus option with the Normal cycle automatically changes the cycle to the Deep Wash cycle...^IFV
