Q: QuestionI need a Ventless Heat Pump Dryer, and would love a Top Load Washer with a delay start timer. My research shows a major height difference. Is there any matching pair for this combination?

• A:Answer Regrettably, we currently do not have a Ventless Heat Pump Dryer in our lineup that is a matching dryer for any of our Top Load Washers. The only Heat Pump Dryer that we will have that is due to be released soon is the LG Heat Pump Dryer, Model # DLHC3900B which is the matching dryer for the LG 4.5 cu.ft. • A:Answer If the washer remains idle for 4 minutes after pausing the cycle, the water in the tub will drain. This cannot be changed. ^CP

Q: QuestionI bought the TurboWash 3D 5.5 top load washer and no far I hate it! It doesn't use enough water to clean or rinse clothes sufficiently. Today, I washed white towels with 1/2 cup of bleach and at the end of the cycle, they smelled strongly of bleach.
