- Answer Hey Manni! No, this LG Washer does not come with lockable wheels. You can try asking if there are any Portability Kits that are still being made for this type of washer that can be installed on the unit to make it portable. If Best Buy is not carrying them in their stores or online, you can always do an online search for them.~Rita

That is standard with High-Efficiency washers. HE Detergents produce fewer suds, dissolve more efficiently to improve washing and rinsing performance, and help to keep the interior of the washer clean. Using a detergent that is not HE may cause oversudsing and unsatisfactory performance which could result in error codes, cycle failure, and washer damage. QuestionI don't like fabric softener in my towels, but like it in my clothes. My question is can you choose to not add fabric softener, if the dispenser is filled with fabric softener for a load so that you may add the vinegar during the "fabric softener" cycle.

- Answer Edge to edge measuring from the outside of the feet it is 26.5 inches wide and 25 inches deep. So it will sit inside the drip pan the way it should, towards the front of the pan so the back that sticks out is over the pan.

QuestionAre the controls backlit? The model I currently have (22 months old and just died, power button will not work) does not have backlit controls and extremely difficult to set controls without a flashlight. Thanks.

QuestionCan you switch the doors? It came assembled opening from the left but it bumps with my washer door (which opens from the right).

- Answer It doesn't appear switching the doors is possible. You may be able to have your machines switch places. I did that once. But you have to make sure you're washer will still drain properly on the new position.
