Q: QuestionCan you use a pre-wash liquid with this model? I have seen in the manual the unit has a pre-wash cycle, but I couldn't find anything on pre-wash liquids/cleaners.

Be sure to use HE or high efficiency detergent with your washing machine. If you are using liquid detergent for the main wash, make sure that the liquid detergent cup is used in the main wash compartment to prevent the main wash detergent from being dispensed with a pre wash detergent. ^James.

Q: QuestionDo I have to load up the detergent dispenser and softener dispenser for many loads or can I just put the amount of detergent I need for one load? Also does this have a sanitize cycle?
