- Answer The wash times for cycles is not published. The washer uses load sensing to detect the load size and then estimates the time based on normal operations. Several external factors such as room temperature, load size and water temperature can affect actual time. Select cycles will allow you to modify the water temperature and spin speed. Please note all rinses use unheated cold water. - Answer Hello there! We understand your inquiry about using both the Water Plus and Soak functions on your LG 5.0 cu ft High-Efficiency Top Load Washer (model WT7150CW). You can combine both options on most wash cycles. To do this: Select your desired wash cycle (for example, Normal or Heavy Duty). Activate Soak by pressing and holding the Soak button for 3 seconds until its indicator light turns on. Press the Water Plus button once so its light also illuminates. Close the lid fully and then press Start/Pause to begin the cycle. Troubleshooting tip: If one of the option lights doesn’t stay on, cancel the cycle by pressing Start/Pause, then re-select your cycle and options within 8 seconds—this ensures the washer’s control board registers both selections. The "CL" indicator on your LG WT7150CW Top Load Washer means that Child Lock is activated, which disables the control panel buttons to prevent accidental changes during a wash cycle. To turn it off, press and hold the Temp and Spin buttons simultaneously for 3 seconds until the indicator light turns off. - Answer I asked if they would take our old washer & dryer for resale and was told that they "recycle" the old machines. Recycle is the word for disassembly and selling the metal parts. I tried to sell mine or give it away and could fine no one interested. I paid Best Buy to haul them away. Good luck,

- Answer I would expect the haul away service depends on the market area you live in. In Hawaii the haul away is $60 extra. It comes with a good drain hose and attached power cord. New water supply hoses are not included.
