- Answer Hey there! To power off the LG Soundbar , press the power button on the sound bar to turn it off. Press the pairing button on the back of the disconnected wireless subwoofer. Check if the LED blinks green. If you still see a red LED on the front of the wireless subwoofer, press and hold the button on the back of the subwoofer again.~Rita

QuestionI have a Panasonic TV that I got about 10 years ago and works fine. It also has both an optical connection as well as HDMI slot. My question is I don't know if it's actually considered a "smart TV" and would like to know if that may be a problem.

- Answer As long as the optical input is good then there is no issues the hdmi though wont wirk as I dont think its the currect hdmi format. Smart or non smart tv is irrelevant as it is going through audio.

QuestionI was able to make my rear speaker push dialogue and it sounded great but I don’t remember how I did it. Then my receiver fell and so did that specific connection. Now, all I hear is background stuff. Does anyone know how to change it back again?

It is quite possible that the reason you are not able to make your rear speakers push dialogue on the LG S75QR 5.1.2 ch High Res Audio Sound Bar with Dolby Atmos and Surround Speakers may be that it got damaged when it fell. Typically, dialogue is directed through the center speakers for the system and the rear speakers allow you to get even more control over the sense of space in the room, and with soundtracks mixed for multi-channel surround sound, the rear speakers play back the sounds that set the scene: The indistinct murmur of voices in a large building, the roar of the ocean, the chirping of birds. For this reason, surround speakers are sometimes also called rear effect speakers...^Ivan

QuestionI have an older LG TV (2016) which has an ARC port but does not support Dolby Digital Plus codec. I plan on connecting my Xbox Series X to the soundbar and then run passthrough from soundbar to TV HDMI port, would I get Atmos that way?

- Answer Hi, Dolby Atmos sound can be transmitted through any HDMI cable, including HDMI 2.0. However, you also need to be sure that all devices involved, such as the TV, are capable of delivering Atmos. For equipment that can handle HDMI eARC, HDMI 2.1 cables are recommended, but HDMI 2.0 cables will work fine.^Vanessa

Questionare the rear speakers on all the time and will work for dialog or just soround sound

- Answer It depends on the signal being put out by program you’re watching. The rear speakers will come on off as needed. If you’re listening to music then yes, you can hear music through them.

- Answer Yea however your television needs to be capable of connecting surround sound over Bluetooth. I haven’t been able to get firesrcik to do that
