QuestionI bought a LG top washer several years ago and it has been working well. I noticed several months ago, the normal washing cycle is only 30min. I put the same amount of clothing as before and the time is usually 55 min. I unplugged to reset.

- Answer Rips and shreds delicate material even in delicate setting. Items get stuck in bottom tray area. Technician removed the linen but issue is not resolved. We have at least 11 items that have been damaged.

QuestionDoes this washer have only a cold rinse cycle? If so why does my clothes always feel really warm when done, yes I checked hoses are in correct spot, when I wash in cold cycle they are still really warm at the end? I only want a cold rinse.
