“Why aren’t BestBuy delivery and installation crews trained on the common problem with these machines of the grinding noise made when there is an existing drip tray under the machine? LG: please add instructions for installation that include how to fix.”

I said the same thing as you! If you have the top load washer I would recommend you raise it as much as possible. Mines is a 5.5 it would grind like it was gonna die but that was the issue
