A:AnswerAllergiene cycle uses steam and kills dust mites and truly sanitizes your items — water reaches 160 degrees — works great for ensuring your bedding and sheets are clean — very useful in my book. Cannot go wrong with the LG 5:7 top loader HE washer best one I have ever owned.
A:AnswerYes, you can hit the pause button, wait for the lid to unlock, and then add extra items and hit start. There's a light indicating when during the cycle you can safely add to the load.

A:AnswerHi Jan. We regret to read about the issues you are experiencing with the detergent cup in your ENERGY STAR® Qualified LG 5.7 cu.ft. Mega Capacity Top Load Washer with TurboWash® Technology, Model # WT7700HWA. It is normal for some residual water to remain in your dispenser tray after each wash. However, this tray should not be filled completely with water. Detergent can gradually build up in the detergent tray and its attachments over time. If these are not cleaned regularly, the water and additives will not dispense fully and water will remain in the compartments. You can pull the dispenser drawer towards you until it stops, then press down on the recessed tab between the fabric softener and bleach inserts. While pressing down on the tab, pull the drawer out toward you to remove it completely from the front of the washer. Once removed, you will be able to remove each piece and clean them in warm, soapy water in a sink. Clean inside the tray, particularly the top where the water comes out. DO NOT place these pieces in a dishwasher as they are not dishwasher safe! If any of the attachments are not inserted properly, the tray will not dispense correctly and water may be left in it. Make certain that all the attachments and the drawer are inserted properly. Even though you can use powdered detergent in this washer, be sure to remove the liquid detergent insert when using powdered detergents. You should always use High Efficiency (HE) detergents and make sure to follow the manufacturer's instructions for usage amounts...IFV
