- Answer NetFlix, HuluPlus, Youtube, Amazon and VUDU are some of the pre-installed Apps on the LG - 50" Class - (49.6" Diag.) - LED - 1080p - Smart - HDTV - Black, Model # 50LH5730. You do not need cable service. As long as you have internet access, you can stream from those services. Other options that do not require cable service are external media boxes such as ROKU, Apple TV, Amazon Firestick, Google Chrome Cast and many more...^IFV

- Answer Typically when the ENERGY STAR® Qualified LG - 50" Class - (49.6" Diag.) - LED - 1080p - Smart - HDTV - Black, Model # 50LH5730 is transported it is always upright and when placed in storage in retail stores, it is always stored upright. If it has to be placed on its' side for a short while, there are arrows on the carton that show "This Way Up" that must be adhered to...^IFV

- Answer I've owned my lg television for 5+ years, going into 6, and it's the best TV I've ever owned. In the past I've had a magnavox (still going strong in bedroom), a Sharp, also still going after 12+years. But my LG is just as good if not better, ( we hardly ever turn it off), so as far as I'm concerned LG is unparalleled. The only reason I'm buying another TV is to get a larger LG this time. Samsung has my phones and tablets, but for TV it's LG - "Life's Good" ALWAYS !!
