QuestionIf I were to purchase this TV and use as a display monitor in our Board Room, how would I connect the sound system to the TV? The sound system is not blue tooth enabled. Would I plug an adapter into the wall jack for the sound system to enable bluetooth?

We would not be able to say how to make your sound system enable bluetooth or if it is possible. - Answer No. As long as you have HD you will still get a good pic. My Directv isn't 4k but I'm very happy with it. I do get 4k streaming movies and also have a 4k blu ray player.

- Answer Yes they are different. The 49" uses a IPS screen and the 50" uses a VA screen. That being said, it's only the case with the LG6300 tvs. In my opinion the VA screen is better when you're not using local dimming (higher end tvs). If you Google you'll see the differnences is the types of screen technology.

QuestionWhat is the difference between the LG 50UK6300PUE and the 50UK6300BUB. Both are sold at Best Buy, and in stock at my local store. An earlier LG response reported that the last three characters were specific to the retailer, but this is not the case.

- Answer The 50UK6300BUB has a VA panel instead of an IPS. Also some retailers may have one model and not the other. ^CP

- Answer VA panels generally have different refresh rates and contrast levels than an IPS display, and also have different viewing angles, color production and response time. ^CP

- Answer Best Buy stocks both models. Apparently the BUB is only available in 50". I have yet to get a credible answer for the difference between PUE and BUB.

- Answer The 49UK6300PUE and the 50UK6300PUE are different technologies. The 49" uses an IPS screen (wider viewing angles, lower contrast and color) while the 50" uses a VA screen (narrower viewing angles, better contrast and color). Google IPS vs VA to decide which you prefer. I personally prefer the VA when it comes to budget entry tv without local dimming.

- Answer "CP" from LG Answers is wrong - the 50" 6300 definetely has the VA Panel so if your viewing angle is not good that's why. all other 6300's are IPS. LG currently only makes two TV's with the VA Panel; this can be confirmed by knowledgeable LG staff or a quick online search, even on other Best But Answers site.
