Q: QuestionI am not able find the Netflix app on this tv. It says that it is not available. I can go to the search engine to get it, but it seems it should be an available app.

• A:Answer The LG 50 inch Class 4K Smart UHD TV (49.5'' Diag), Model # 50UM6900PUA has a Sleep Timer and a Timer Power On / Timer Power Off function. The Sleep timer can be set to turn the TV off after 10, 20, 30, 60, 90, 120, 180 or 240 minutes have elapsed. To use the Timer Power On / Timer Power Off function, the clock on the TV has to be set correctly. The Clock menu has two options: 1) Auto (Synchronizes the TV clock to the digital time information sent by the TV station), and 2) Manual (Sets the time and date manually if the auto setup does not correspond to the current time). If you receive the time signal from an Over-the-Air (OTA) antenna, then the options are Time Zone and Daylight Saving. You can select a day and time for when to set the TV to automatically turn on/off the TV. You can set the Time and Day Menu to repeat daily, or set it to repeat for Mon-Fri or Mon to Sat, Sat Sun, or Sun...^IFV

• A:Answer Just need to teather your hot spot from your phone to the TV. Place your phone in hot spot mode. Select your tv to locate and join your phone's hot spot signal. If you are having issues with the app, please contact Amazon for assistance with their app. Typically when an app keeps buffering, pausing or not playing when you are trying to stream it is is due to your internet connection. When an app crashes, it's possible that one of the files it's using got corrupted that's the reason why you have to delete them. After clearing the cache and data, the system will recreated those files so that the app could work properly again...^IFV

The LG TV does support native casting from another device (mobile or PC), however, if your device supports the casting ability. You will need to use a Roku if you do not have a device that is capable of casting (Roku has a native JW.ORG app).
