• Look on the side of the remote for volume control, when you go to cable or satellite you will use their remote to change channels. To navigate Roku use the arrows on the Roku remote.

• The volume control is conveniently located on the right side of the remote. I actually love this feature. There is a mute button right below the volume control. The channel is changed by using the purple up and down buttons that are located above and below the OK button. The remote is nice and small and fits easily in most hands. We LOVE this tv.

• It does have Volume control on the side of the remote. If you want to change the channel of the cable program you're watching then use your cable/satilite remote.

• The Volume rocker is on the right side of the remote along with a mute button. It is a usability issue initially but you get used to it.

• The volume is in the side of the Roku remote. You use your own remote to operate the tv
