• Yes, new 4K ultra HD are equipped with HD receiver. You will still need antenna.

• I haven't encountered a newer digital TV that doesn't have a built-in tuner. If there is a Coax connection, then it's 99% sure there is a tuner. A couple of years ago, a friend got a TV/display that only had HDMI ports (it was basically a computer display). That TV/screen would not receive OTA signals. If you check the Mfg sites for the owner's manual, they're good about highlighting built-in tuners, up-conversion options, and other signal drivers.
