Our LG TVs, including the 55QNED85AUA model, are typically shipped with a protective film on the screen to prevent scratches during transport. This film is intended to be removed. On most models, there is a small, clear tab on one of the corners to help you peel it off. If you do not see a tab, please inspect the edges of the screen very carefully. The film is very thin and can be hard to spot. We advise you to not attempt to peel it off using your fingernails to avoid damaging the display.
