Its possible that greyscale was turned on by accident. Go to Settings -> Accessibility-> Greyscale and set it to off. If that doesnt work and if this issue is coming from a device plugged in via HDMI, its possible that the cable is not working correctly.

To bring back the color for Netflix and Prime Video shows on your LG OLED55B2PUA TV, do the following: 1. Press the Settings button on your remote control. 2. Go to All Settings. 3. Select Picture. 4. Adjust the Color setting to your preference in the Picture Mode Settings menu. Recommended value is 55. 5. If needed, check Picture Mode and change it from modes like Cinema Black or Expert Dark to a different mode like Standard or Vivid to restore color.
