Its possible that greyscale was turned on by accident. Go to Settings -> Accessibility-> Greyscale and set it to off. If that doesnt work and if this issue is coming from a device plugged in via HDMI, its possible that the cable is not working correctly.

Select Picture. 4. Adjust the Color setting to your preference in the Picture Mode Settings menu. Recommended value is 55. 5. If needed, check Picture Mode and change it from modes like Cinema Black or Expert Dark to a different mode like Standard or Vivid to restore color.
