QuestionWhat's the difference between the C1 & B1 ?

- Answer The C1 gets brighter, but the difference isn't very noticeable. The C1 also has a wider refresh rate range because it has low frame rate compensation that allows the VRR to drop below 40Hz, which the B1 doesn't have. The B1 has much better gradient handling, so there's less banding in HDR content.^Venette

QuestionWhen we finished our basement, my electrician installed an electrical outlet and a cable hookup about 5 feet up the wall where the TV will go. Will the wires interfere with placement of the TV? Will the TV stick out from the wall? Suggestions?

- Answer If you are using hdmi1 &2 2.1 then yes they plug in directly to the back 3&4 2.0 hdmi then it will sit flush. They plug into the side. You could always get a 90 degree hdmi 2.1 cord for 1&2

QuestionWhat is the deference between motion refresh 120H & 240H?

- Answer The frame rate. Higher the number is more fluid, lower makes is slightly choppy. 120hz looks great, I'd avoid any TV with 60hz

QuestionJust go this tv home and set up but the power cord is too short. And it looks to be “hardwired into the back. I don’t want to use extension cords. Can it be replaced with a longer cord wo voiding the warranty? Or can I order a longer cord or something?

- Answer Unfortunately, No. Only use an authorized AC adapter and power cord approved by LG Electronics. Otherwise, this may result in fire, electric shock, malfunction or product deformation. Doing so will void all warranties on the unit. ~ Tanisha

- Answer Yes you can turn on your external imput with this tv however I turned my ps5 setting off. Every time I hit home button or turned my tv on it turned my ps5 on. Rather annoying. Hopefully a software update will fix this issur

- Answer Its possible that greyscale was turned on by accident. Go to Settings -> Accessibility-> Greyscale and set it to off. If that doesnt work and if this issue is coming from a device plugged in via HDMI, its possible that the cable is not working correctly.

QuestionI’m running an optical cable from the TV, to a digital to analog converter, to plug into my mixer that accepts rca cables. I have also changed the audio out setting to optical out, But I’m not getting any sound out to my mixer. Any suggestions.
