QuestionWhy can’t the boxed TV be laid down in my hatchback, or leaned at an angle, if restrained and supported carefully? Would that affect warranty? Thanks!

- Answer larger LCD and LED TVs are constructed to have their weight balanced when set upright. So if you lay the screen flat, there won’t be adequate support in the middle, which can lead to cracking or distortion on the edges if left that way over time. Add in the vibrations while driving a car, and the chance of cracking or distortion only increases.

- Answer No you cannot install HBO GO or HBO NOW App, or Cinemax App. I was setting up for my parents after buying for them. I was trying to shed some of the extra sticks / roku boxes and get a smart TV to make it easier for them they are 75. Had no idea when I bought that you could not have the HBO app on this or any other LG TV. I will be refunding it to get a Samsung instead. Also the menu system and magic remote, no thanks.
