Q: QuestionHave there been any ghosting issues with the tv? That's a big issue with the Samsung I've got now – lots of ghosting when a scene is dark/fast moving.

• A:Answer As far as I've noticed on this tv I have had no ghosting issues with it. I use it for gaming a lot and watching football and basketball. Never had a issue yet with it.

Q: QuestionThe picture quality is fuzzy and not well-defined. On the test picture and 4K content it is good, but the quality with cable (I have Spectrum hd and I bought amazon basics HDMI cables). Based on the great reviews of this tv, what am I missing?

• A:Answer Based on my understanding of the television, it all comes down to the quality of the content. Some devices such as Sony's PS4 Pro and various 4K players are designed to send a high quality signal to your television. Your cable box, on the other hand, is not. While most cable providers claim to offer high quality content, very little of it is 4K and in some cases it is not even 1080p but rather 1080i. You might try contacting Spectum and inquire into whether or not they have cable boxes capable of sending a higher quality signal to your television, and you might also want to ask how they are defining "HD content" as well as how much of their content actually fits their definition. Q: QuestionHow can I get the digital audio out to be controlled by the TV's volume control. I've connected the toslink to a DAC and then to a set of powered speakers I had. The sound quality is perfect, but it doesn't change with the volume. thanks

• A:Answer Short answer: You can't. The TV doesn't send a variable volume signal over TOSLink, it just sends audio. Slightly longer answer: If your speakers came with a remote, you can use that. If your DAC came with a remote, you can use that. If they didn't, you can't. I will be using the exact same setup, and controlling the volume with the remote that my speakers came with. Definitely not ideal, but short of buying a receiver (or possibly programming the MagicRemote to control your external speakers?) you still can't.

• A:Answer I didn’t have a tape measure but just eyeballing it it’s probably about 1ft In width and 2 in length. The tv does not swivel on its stand, it has four screws that go to the back plate. The colors from the factory settings really don’t do the TV any justice, make sure to turn off the power save mode and fiddle with all of the display settings to get it where you want it. Once you turn all the settings to max this TV is incredible. My father has the Samsung QLED and id chose the LG over it any day of the week.

• A:Answer Hope you have resolved your problem by now. Sounds like you haven't set-up with Wifi on your TV. You need to use your password on the LG TV to log onto your Amazon Prime account. I have been able to watch Netflix and Amazon Prime on my LG OLED TV.
