I mounted the LG c8 with a flat mount without the swivel. I would advise using a swivel mount. I had issues with the flat Mount when it came to leveling the brackets. With a swivel mount, the rack does not have to be level, the swivel bracket will be able to be adjusted. You can also pull the swivel mount out if there are adjustments that need to be made. I also used the legrand in wall kit for cable management. You will see four screw hole on the thick area of the tv. That is where the brackets and the screws will be inserted. I hope this helps.
