Had same issue. We are streaming HULU and Prime. The biggest problem seemed to be with HULU, which we now love:) In our case, I believe it was a bandwidth issue. However, we did a factory reset; and, the issue went away. We did have a vendor doing work in our area, which knocked out the router, which could have contributed to the issue. Subsequently, we direct connected the TV with an Ethernet cable to router. This both increased picture quality and speed.
