- Answer It doesn’t have a cursor. When you move from app to app it shows a white box on each selection.

QuestionI am looking to replace my older LG 40" TV with this larger model. I am currently using a Spectrum cable box with DVR. Will I still need a cable box, or does this TV have one already? Also, can I connect my VCR/DVD player using an AV! port?

- Answer You will need a box for what ever service you choose, unless you use an antenna and receive free TV. You may choose to use the smart TV Apps Like netflix, sling, disney plus, or any other internet apps. You will need an internet provider to use the smart apps. There are different types of ports to connect a DVR or other types of players. Most connect with HDMI connections.

- Answer HBO Max is not currently available on LG’s webOS platform. However, we are continually working to add the latest streaming applications, such as HBO, but cannot provide a concrete timeline at this time. In the meantime, our webOS platform offers over 600 apps including streaming content and games - including over 180 free streaming channels via the LG Channels app (on select models). Also, you can access much of the HBO content through the Amazon Prime, YouTube TV or Apple TV+ apps that are available on our platform. - Answer Yes the TV wall mounts and best buy offers a few different type of mounts. One can also change to a swivel stand as well as a wall mount. Just ask a team member for help. They are very knowledgeable.

- Answer You don't need WiFi for it to function like a regular television. You can connect an Antanea or a cable box or satellite t.v. to the HDMI plug. If you got a DVD player or video game console it has the plug ins for that as welll. Plus if you don't have WiFi but do have an internet connection, you can just plug it in. It'll work and function just fine through the Ethernet cable. Personally I think the Ethernet cable is faster and doesn't disconnect as it would through a WiFi connection.

- Answer No, LG TVs do not support Chromecast. We support similar functionality where you can view content from their phone or portable device via Miracast and Apple Airplay. ^Daphane

- Answer That's more of a question about your computer. If it can support HDMI at a resolution this TV supports, then yes. I've heard some Macs have issues spring multiple high resolution monitors, though. Check with you laptop manufacturer.

- Answer Most US TVs have a base refresh rate of 60 Hz, and advertise higher rates like 120, 240, etc. I believe this TV supports up to 120, but it depends on what the input device supports. It does have options that can potentially make low FPS (frames per second) content appear better. I usually turn those off because it can cause lag when playing video games, but the TV was smart enough to do that for me when I switch the input to my game system.

- Answer I don't believe so, but you may be able to find a digital optical (TOSLink) cable and converter that will allow a headphone jack. I saw one on a competitor site for around $15
