Questionwhere does it get the water to steam clean the oven.

- Answer You have to spray the water inside the oven. It is detailed in the instructions or just look online. Our range came with a small spray bottle. You have to wipeout any residue with a towel after the steam clean. It's not a problem.

- Answer Jack, I forgot to order the wiring for this stove when we bought it. HOWEVER, we took the plug from the stove we were replacing and put it on this stove. Easy peasy. FYI I also sold my old stove on FaceBook marketplace and made a little money. Some woman with 5 kids was excited to get a deal, her husband took my old stove away with help from their son and their own pickup truck, and I was tickled to make sure my old stove that still mostly functioned didn't end up in the junkyard because it wasn't still perfect.

- Answer You absolutely can. Cast iron is the best conductor for induction stove tops. That said, be careful if the pan has an uneven or rough bottom and never slide the pan on the cook top…..it may scratch the cook top irreparably!!

QuestionMy existing range circuit is 240V 40 Amps. I see that the specs for this range is 240V 48.3A. Can I use this range on my existing 40A circuit, with the understanding that I will not be able to use all cooktops and the oven at the same time?

- Answer You need to pose this question to an electrician. You can replace the 40 amp breaker with a 50 amp breaker, but only the the house wiring is sized large enough to safely handle the 50 amps. It isn't a good idea to only use some of the burners or oven. Someone will try it sooner or later and trip the breaker. You don't want to repeatedly trip the breaker.

- Answer There are 4 induction areas on the stove top. The 2 back ones require about a 5.5 inch. The 2 in the front require 7.5 or 9.5 inches

QuestionI take the knobs off to clean beneath them but the oven knob doesn't come off. Is it supposed to slide off like the stove-top knobs? I don't want to force it and break it. I've searched the manual and googled to no avail thus far

QuestionIs the back of the stove solid or does it have some open space that could slide over a capped-off gas line? We don't know how far back we could push this oven against the wall. Our previous oven was gas. Also, what is the depth of the vent in the back?

- Answer Hello there. Product Depth 28 15/16 inches. it should be marked for use with 13/8" diameter connection openings. If cabinet storage is to be provided, the risk can be reduced by installing a range hood that projects horizontally a minimum of 5 inches beyond the bottom of the cabinets ^Vanessa
