QuestionCan you mount this model on the wall with a standard VESA bracket as opposed to the proprietary one?

- Answer Yes, you can. That's what we did. We had a Sanus Universal Low-Profile Tilt mount attached to the wall from our old TV. He took off the old one, and hung our new LG in less than 60 seconds. The proprietary mount included with the set will get it flush with the wall, if you're concerned with that sort of thing, but it certainly is not necessary. The TV is bonkers amazeballs btw.

- Answer Yes but it sucks. Do a search for swivel TV stand and you’ll see a bunch of great options. Make sure their reviews are solid and it’s rated for the weight of the TV.

QuestionCan this TV show still artwork showing like the frame? Or does this model cycle through to a new imagine/ black screen periodically? Im comparing to the Samsung Frame, and this beats it every category except deep blacks, artwork and bright rooms.

- Answer I can help you with this, since I have both TVs. If most of your viewing is in a bright room with a lot of foot traffic you will be happier with the frame. It looks awesome over a fireplace and looks like art and has an good enough picture. If you are mainly watching in a dark room, don’t go with the frame. The G2 OLED blows it away picture quality wise. And to answer your question, it cycles a screen saver, but I think you would be disappointed with this as a “picture frame”.

- Answer Yes. It pulls away from the wall so you can connect your cords and then push it back flush to the wall.

QuestionPeople mentioned this TV has a heat sink inside of it and that this will prevent burn in, Image retention. If this TV does have a heat sink how does this prevent burn in?

- Answer Yes the g2 does have a heat sink. The heat sink is supposed to allow the TV to run brighter (hotter). As for helping prevent burn in I don't know if that will help prevent burn in but the 5 year warranty should help put that fear to rest.

- Answer The 65 inch G2 OLED has very good sound on its own. I live in a condo, and cannot turn the volume up 50% without complaints from neighbors.

QuestionHow easy is it to add new hdmi connections (or usb) to the tv once it's wall mounted with the standard wall mount? It doesn't look like there will be much room.

- Answer The mount allows tv to be pulled out by about 5 inches and then rotated so you have access to the connections.

QuestionOn the gallery TV, is there another screensaver option besides the default one? I expected to have a slideshow of images as a screensaver when a show is paused. I’ve asked this before and the LG rep answered as though it was a phone not a TV.

- Answer Hello there. Thanks for reaching out. If there is no problem with the connection, reset the modem/router by unplugging them for 10 seconds and then plug it back in. When the initialization is complete, turn the TV's power off and back on, and setup the TV's network connection again. `Jai.

- Answer You will either have to pay for the mounting service or better still purchase the Best Buy Protection Plan for $200 which includes free mounting of the tv.

QuestionConsider getting this 65"G2 but using an existing 3rd party vesa wall mount. I could not find the info on the locations of the vesa holes. Eg. Distance between the top vesa hole to the top of the panel and bottom vesa holes to bottom of panel. Help!

- Answer The compatible wall mount for the LG G2 65-inch OLED evo Gallery Edition TV, Model# OLED65G2PUA, should have a VESA mount pattern of 300 x 300 mm, so the current LG EZ EZ Slim Wall Mount for LG TV's, Model # OLW480B EZ Slim Wall Mount for LG TV's (VESA - 300 X 300 / 300 X 200 / 400 X 200) can be used to mount the TV. However, if you consider a third-party Vesa wall mount, please be informed about the required pattern for compatibility. `Alice
