QuestionI purchased a LG 65sk8000pua at Best buy just before Black Friday. I'm having trouble with HDMI ports 1 and 2. Port 1 won't always recogniz my Amazon 4k fire TV and port 2 stopped working for ARC on my LG sound bar SJ9. I had to switch to optical. Why??

QuestionWhen watching a pre-recorded movie or tv program , (not Netflix)......can the NU8000 be fast forwarded/or go backward?????? Can a live TV program be rewinded backward??

- Answer what are you even talking about? Dude this is not a vcr..... You can play media files from the usb port using a hard drive or thumb drive.. You can play back, fastforward and rewind form the player... I hope this is what you was trying to ask... Also youtube has those features in the app section.. Also Netflix and all the other movie apps can do that..

QuestionI have my xbox one x hooked up to hdmi 1 and when I run a diagnostic for the tv on the xbox. The xbox says the tv doesn't support hdr gaming. Does the tv not support hdr gaming or should I be using a different hdmi port?

- Answer Let's try the following. Go to All Settings > General > HDMI ULTRA HD Deep Color and set the desired port to On. Select Restart when the message prompts to restart the TV. In the Xbox settings, Select Display &Sound, then Video Output, then Advanced video settings, the select Allow HDR. (If you have not enabled Deep Color on the TV first, Allow HDR will be greyed out and will not allow you to select it). If this doesn't resolve the issue you are experiencing, our support team would be happy to help. QuestionHas anyone figured out how to use this TV during the day or with the lights on at night? It's got an incredible picture quality and I love it, but the reflection is like a mirror. This picture was taken with my phone standing in my living room.

- Answer Mine is fine during daytime until western sunset time then just close the blinds. Keeping minimal artificial lights on will reduce the glare. Love the picture.

- Answer Hello, if it is available on the model purchased, you will be able to download it from the Content Store on the TV, if it is not in the content store, that means it is not available on the model at that time. ^AC

- Answer You may have to buy a Optical Audio capable receiver or an HDMI converter. This thing is a futuristic TV and does not have time for RCA cables. =)

- Answer It has the standard Hulu app but whether you have Hulu Live or not is just a matter of which plan you have I believe. I have a Hulu Live plan and am able to view live TV on the regular Hulu app on this TV and all other devices.

- Answer I didn't see it on there , I have direct tv now and that definitly wasn't on there , does have apps , I just don't think I saw spectrum, I ended up buying a roku player for my direct tv now , but does have hulu netflix amazon prime , the basics and some , but definitely love the tv very happy with it
