- Answer There is a lock at the top of the door that you push down on in order to unlock it. You can open it before the cycle ends, but it chimes until you hit the off button.

QuestionCan this drier be used with a 4 prong connector? I have one on the old drier that I would like to switch over to this one if possible because that is what my current outlet has.

- Answer You should be able to. The instructions reference both a 3 and 4 wire set up. I use the 3, but assume the 4 wire would equal 4 prongs.

- Answer This dimension answer is for someone who sent me an email on the Wt7700HWA 5.7 Cu Ft., but the system would not allow me to respond because of tech issues. We had to take one door off to get it in the wash room and that was very easy. The delivery guys did everything and they were very quick and professional. By the way, I Love the washer and dryer!!!!!!!! The dimensions are listed below and you can find them on the website under specifications. Hope this helps! QuestionI get "airflow" (d80, d90, d95 error codes) - especiallly when drying bedding/blankets. I clean the filter numerous times during the cycle, and have to push items further back in the dryer. Is there a solution? Never had this issue with my other dryers!
