  • QuestionIs the glass top on the range scratch proof

    Asked by Anonymous.

    • Answer Hello there. Thank you for reaching out to us with your question. We understand your inquiry regarding the durability of the glass cooktop surface on the LDEL7324SE electric range and whether it is scratch-proof. The cooktop for the LDEL7324SE is crafted from a high-quality ceramic glass material that is specifically engineered to be highly resistant to scratches and impacts during normal daily use. While the surface is built for long-lasting durability and a sleek aesthetic, it is important to note that no glass surface is entirely scratch-proof. To maintain the pristine condition of your unit, we recommend using cookware with smooth, flat bottoms and avoiding the sliding of heavy pots or pans across the glass surface. Additionally, keeping the cooktop free of gritty food particles or sugary spills before cooking will help protect the finish and ensure the glass remains clear and smooth for years to come. https://www.bestbuy.com/product/lg-7-3-cu-ft-freestanding-double-oven-electric-true-convection-range-with-easyclean-and-air-fry-stainless-steel/J7G56583H5 If you have any further questions regarding the materials or the recommended cleaning products for this model, please contact us on [email protected], and our team will be more than happy to assist you further through a private message. —Renzo
