- Answer The vent opening in the dryer is in the back, so you would likely have to use a vent pipe elbow to come off the side.

Questioni am in an apartment with a standard hall laundry closet. I have exactly 34 1/4 inches of space from back wall to front in order for closet door in front of dryer to close. Is this enough space?

- Answer You will need a minimum space of 30-1/2" for the unit allowing 1" space behind the unit then the space needed for the venting. ^Daphane

- Answer Not sure what you mean by "refresh cycle." It does have a manual dry cycle where you manually control the amount of time the load dries. I use it occasionally.

- Answer Only Gas dryers come with a power cord. For this dryer you will need a to plug dryer into a 120 VAC, 60 Hz grounded 3-prong outlet. The manual does not reference a 4 prong connection. That definitely does not sound normal and will need to be inspected. Check to ensure that the dryer is properly leveled and that all the packing material has been removed...^IFV
