For a garage installation, you will need to place the dryer at least 18 inches (46 cm) above the floor. Even if the dryer was compatible with an LG Laundry Pedestal, LG Laundry Pedestals are only 13 9/10" high and you need 18 inches (46 cm) from the garage floor to the bottom of the dryer, so they would not raise the dryer high enough...^IFV
