QuestionMy dryer DLE3600V arrived without an Energy Star label and LG's site does not provide one (even though they provide them for other appliances). How do I get a copy that I can submit to my power company and or State for rebates/credits?

- Answer No...and unless you like warm moist air with a touch of lint inside the house (which would be pretty much with any modern dryer), venting is pretty much SOP.... ;), J

- Answer Hi, this model Electrical Requirements: 240V, 30 Amps. Use an individual, grounded electrical outlet located within 2 ft. (61 cm) of either side of the appliance. QuestionMy current dryer, starting with an M wads all sheets, duvets, coverlets into a large ball no matter what we do. Then have to run several drying cycles to get dry. Does anyone experience this with this dryer?

- Answer To an extent, yes it does. But I believe this would be true with any tumble dryer when you put sheets in with smaller clothing items, especially fitted sheets

QuestionCan this dryer be used with the LG - 27" Laundry Pedestal with Storage Drawer since the actual bottom foot print of the dryer is NOT 31 inches deep! (The pedestal is 31 inches deep). If so what equipment is necessary to make it fit?

- Answer Yes. But there can be issues. Would like to see longer telescopic vents for tight spaces. Especially when the wall vent is located 3 to 4 feet above the floor. Please remember a lot of older homes do not have a lot of space to reach around and make the connection of the vent to the wall outlet. Space is limited -- the semi-rigid vent is challenging to connect without crumpling once placed in to spaces once occupied by older appliances thus some type of blockage error is generated by the dryer. In Addition, the vent outlet on the back of the dryer should at least extend out to the furthest most point of the outer backshell. When trying to place a telescopic vent on the dryer outlet, one has to place the telescopic vent on at a 45-degree angle. This 45-degree angle can cause slippage at the bottom of the dryer connection when backing the dryer toward the wall toward. The telescopic vent should protrude out far enough to enable the vertical portion of the vent to firmly fit the outer backshell of the dryer at a 180-degree angle. In tight spaces, you can't reach down low to reattach the telescopic vent without pulling the entire dryer and pedestal out of position. The dryer and pedestal weight can be challenging for some to move. Bottom line -- some small changes can alleviate customers complaining about the flow sensor light (blockage) or why my clothes are not drying. Fix the dryer vent hose issues.

QuestionI am having this dryer delivered in three days. When I received my delivery email it said it is a stackable dryer. I didn’t realize that when I bought it in the store. Can it be used like a regular dryer sitting on the floor? Is it smaller than regular?

- Answer You can use it as a regular dryer. It is full size. To stack on top of the washing machine you need a stacking kit.

QuestionDaphne from LG commented on other questions saying there is a light in this $1,000 dryer. That is a LIE! There is NO light and as a Momma to 6, with lots of little clothes, I am NOT HAPPY.
