  • QuestionHi, Does this dryer come with the accessories (hose and v valve) to connect the water for the steam function?

    • Answer It did not come with mine. There were 3 additional hoses, vents, etc. that were required. Good thing about Best Buy is they automatically add it to your cart so you have exactly what you need so you don’t buy the wrong hookups. The 3 additional hose, etc. cost approx. $100. This is the steam hookup. Smart Choice - Steam Dryer Installation Kit - Stainless steel Model:5304495002 SKU:3762114 But again, if you add the dryer to your cart you should see the additional parts added so there is no guess work! Hope this helps!

    • Answer The dryer has its own terminal block that must be connected to a separate 240 VAC, 60Hz, single-phase circuit, fused at 30 amperes (the circuit must be fused on both sides of the line.) Electrical service for the dryer should be of the maximum rate voltage listed on the nameplate. Do not connect dryer to 110, 115, or 120 volt circuit. ^Daphane

Ultra Large Capacity Smart Wi-Fi Enabled Front Load Electric Dryer with TurboSteam™ and Built-In Intelligence, Model # DLEX4000B, to the center of the vent duct, the vent duct is 3 3/4" high. How high it will be from the floor will vary with the leveling leg adjustment...^Ivan.
