I have also had this problem. I would try unplugging and replugging it in. That always works for me. If you are in apartments, as I, you will have problems since many people leave their Bluetooth on all the time, and because this system does not lock its' coding to your device and purposely leaves the Bluetooth channel open for your friends to use randomly, a bummer problem happens as an unintended consequence: any auto-connect device within range will interrupt the signal and confuse the LG stereo. Power cycle not working? Try connecting at a different time of day. Also, put your phone closer, and then further away from the main unit. Restart your phone too, then try again. Cycle through the LG input options by pressing the "function" button, as to engage the Bluetooth again. Then call LG, not BestBuy for additional assistance.
