Q: QuestionDoes this tv come with the bracket for an LG sound bar to be mounted? I bought the tv and soundbar and see that the mount is out of stock on LG’s website and don’t know when it is coming into stock and it’s just kind of weird that it did not come with it

Q: QuestionIn the settings I am unable to enable WiFi. It appears grey and I cannot turn on or off. Because of this I cannot try different WiFi networks or connect to any internet. How can I resolve this?

You can try to resolve the issue by power cycling (unplugging for 60 seconds), changing the "LG Service Country" to trigger a refresh, or disabling "Quick Start Plus". Unplugging the TV from the wall outlet for at least 1 minute (some say 45 minutes) to drain residual power and reset the module usually resolves this issue, or navigating to All Settings > General > Location > LG Service Country, changing it to a random country, letting it reset, then changing it back to your actual country. If your router is close, use a wired Ethernet cable to connect the TV to the internet and check for software updates under All Settings > General > About This TV. If all else fails, go to All Settings > General > Reset to Initial Settings. If the options are still greyed out, it may indicate a faulty Wi-Fi board, requiring repair...^Ivan.

The TV could work on 220 V with a step down transformer, but the TV has an AC power requirement of 120 V, 50/60 Hz. The second reason is that the TV has a built-in ATSC and QAM tuner, neither of which are compatible with the DVB-T / T2, which is the standard for digital terrestrial television broadcasting, widely adopted across Europe, or the DVB-S, which is the standard for satellite digital television broadcasting, which is also used in some European countries...^Ivan
