- Answer With disc burners becoming a thing of the past, now that usb sticks are so common, i doubt they will make an apple version, i recommend checking apple website. As for software, i can recommend roxio, or nero software, these work well with the external cd/dvd/bd burner.

- Answer It depends on the software. I have a Windows 10 computer using Nero Video Editor, and it has no problem. No doubt there is similar software available for a Mac, but I have not investigated that.
