• Gas is cheap so you would save money instead of the electricity you would spend using the electric dryer. Ive had both in the past and they both seems to dry about the same length of time.

• No difference other than How power is supplied to the machine. If you look at your current setup and its using an electrical plug then you will need to purchase the electric option.

• The main difference between a gas dryer and electric dryer is one use electricity while the other uses natural gas to dry the clothes.
