Your LG 12,000 BTU Smart Wi-Fi Enabled Window Air Conditioner, Model # LW1217ERSM is designed for installation in standard single-hung or double-hung windows with actual opening widths from 27" to 39". The top and bottom window sash must open sufficiently to allow a clear vertical opening of 16" from the bottom of the upper sash to the window sill. All side louvers of the cabinet MUST remain exposed to the outside of the structure and unobstructed. This is a WINDOW AIR CONDITIONER and as such, a standard single-hung or double-hung window is required for proper installation.
