• Absolutely It’s completely set up, the water connection and all of the packing materials are removed and taken away. They did not leave until the temp was set. They also gave me a quick use demonstration

• Yes they will come out and hook it up and it will be running before they leave. The only thing is best buy requires you to buy a new ice maker hose cant use your old 1
